Holiday home 'De Ruif'

In the south of France, the Quercy Blanc area is home to the Lot department. It is located directly below the famous Dordogne region and is dotted with all the beauty that makes France so special as a holiday destination. Compared to the Dordogne region, there is still peace and space in the Lot in an environment of centuries-old villages. The area is hilly with lots of greenery. The village of Castelnau Montratier is located in this area, with our holiday home on the edge. Our "detached" house has a lot of comfort, space and tranquility. It can accommodate two to six people. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms downstairs, each with a double bed with two separate mattresses of 90 x 200 and one 80 x 200. There is also a spacious bedroom upstairs with a double bed with mattresses of 100 x 200. In addition, there is the attic has a washing facility with hot and cold water. In the garage there is a washing machine, freezer and extra refrigerator. Furthermore, plenty of space in and around the house. It is located in a beautiful area for walking or cycling. There is a fairly fast internet connection from Orange with WiFi. TV reception (flat screen) with satellite dish, Dutch. channels, DVD player and Stereo.
There is a golf course a short distance away and in the village itself a renovated swimming pool with many attractions for children. There is also a beautiful location 12 km away in Moliere with a sunbathing lawn, sandy beach and swimming water.
In short, for a wonderful holiday in spring and autumn and of course in high summer, an ideal place for young and old.
We prefer not to have pets in our house due to allergies!.
Smoking indoors is also not desirable and we trust our tenants' understanding of this.
