L'Ancre

L'Ancre is a modern villa with 5* luxury, in the hamlet of Najac. Very quiet location,
(cul de sac) on a south slope above the village of Siran.
The villa has been inspected by the official French inspection body, Bureau de Control Federal, under number 731 228 AVO5.

In Siran (4 km) you will find a bakery, a small supermarket and the village pub.

From the large terraces you have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees.

The heated swimming pool has a Roman walk-in staircase and is cleaned and checked twice a week by a pool specialist during your stay.

The villa is equipped with everything a holidaymaker could wish for, including Wi-fi, outdoor kitchen/barbeque, air conditioning, comfortable sunbeds and chairs, and a large garden with olive and fig trees.

You will find shade under the covered part of the terraces and under the umbrellas.

Inside is the comfortably furnished living/dining room with air conditioning of almost 50 m2 with patio doors to the terrace, kitchen, utility room, 3 bedrooms, 2 with air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms.

Radio, CD player, Blue-ray player, books, games and an I-pod docking station are available.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has an extensive kitchen inventory.
Don't feel like cooking yourself? Then there are more than enough restaurants and eateries in the area.

Beach (Narbonne plage) is 45 km away, the Lac Jouare, with water sports facilities, is only 10 km away, and if you want to play golf, you can do that at various courses in the area.
You can park your car in the cool area next to the villa in the spacious carport.
