The detached single-storey house is practically furnished. It is south-west oriented and is in a very quiet location with beautiful views over the mountains and only 1 km from the center of Anduze. There are several terraces to take full advantage of the shady and sunny spots - have breakfast facing east in the morning and enjoy the balmy summer evening facing west in the evening. There are 3 bedrooms with good mattresses.
The largest bamboo forest in Europe is a few km away, an absolute must for garden lovers. At 40 km you can visit the Roman city of Nîmes and the famous "Pont du Gard". The Mediterranean beach is more than an hour's drive from Anduze.

Hello, my name is Marianne and I am the owner of this lovely home since June 2016. I have lived in France for more than 25 years and in Anduze for 9 years. I live there permanently with my 19-year-old son, except during the summer months. The house is equipped with all amenities and the garden is regularly maintained.
