Le Midi

Le Midi is a modern, surprising and well-furnished villa on a large site (over 6000 m2) in a small and quiet wine-growing village. The house is suitable for 6 people with ample living space both inside and outside. On the ground floor there are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and one with 2 single beds (90x200). The bathroom has a bath and a shower and two sinks.

Also on the ground floor is the entrance hall with seating, a living-dining room with sitting area and large dining table and the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, 2 electric ovens, a separate microwave, a dishwasher, coffee makers (senseo and filter), a kettle and a large fridge-freezer. Crockery, glasses and cutlery are widely available. The utility room with washing machine and dryer plus an extra drinks fridge is adjacent to the hall, and there is a passage to a sheltered patio with the possibility to dry clothes. The garage is locked.

The third bedroom is on the first floor. This room has a double bed (160x200), a private toilet and a private bathroom with shower and sink. The room has air conditioning.

The house has two spacious covered terraces with seating, one at the entrance and one at the kitchen. Next to the kitchen terrace is the third bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

The swimming pool with different levels (10x4 m) is adjacent to the house. The deep end of the pool can be illuminated. Along the pool is a large sun terrace with sunbeds, tables and chairs. The house has internet, two TVs, one with NL reception and a sound system. The terrain is mostly prairie with some olive trees, flat enough to run around.
Pets are not allowed.
