The house "Olivier" covers the entire first floor of the villa and has 3 bedrooms; 2 with a double bed and balcony and one (children's) bedroom with two single beds. The spacious living room with dining table, corner sofa and lounge area on the mezannine has large south-facing windows and sliding doors to the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and access to the terrace. At the end of the hallway is a new bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink and washing machine. All areas are air-conditioned.
