Villa Cavi consists of 3 holiday homes and is located in the fishing village of Grau d'Agde, 500 meters from the beach and the village square. Cap d'Agde is 10 minutes away with all summer attractions such as water parks and fairs.

Villa Cavi is located in a very quiet street with ample free parking in front of the door. Within walking distance there are restaurants, shops, a bakery, pharmacy, market and beach.

The house "Laurier" is located on the ground floor of the villa and has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and sliding doors to the garden and a second bedroom with two single beds. The living-dining room has a new kitchen with induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The sunny south-facing garden with large table and barbecue is ideal for breakfast in the sun or to enjoy after a day at the beach.

Explanation of prices

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
