Maison La Resaigne

Lovers of peace, space, nature and the charm of the French countryside will have a wonderful stay here! The detached house is quietly located and the garden with terraces offers plenty of space for relaxation. 
Only a 6.5-hour drive from Utrecht! 
If you like walking, cycling, fishing or relaxing in the garden with a book, consider a stay at Maison La Resaigne. 
Upon arrival, the beds are nicely made and a welcome drink is chilled for you!
The house is comfortable and furnished with a sense of style while retaining authentic details. (The Renault classic car is still in the shed.) It is not a luxury modern holiday villa but a typical country house  of this region. There is no TV, but there is fiber optic internet to be able to watch TV on a laptop you brought with you. The house is surrounded by greenery on the outskirts of the village on the small river La Resaigne. 
You can wake up here to the twittering of birds after a really dark night with impressive starry skies.

Layout ground floor
Maison La Resaigne has an attractive, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor with a large, luxurious gas stove. Nespresso machine, milk frother and all the usual kitchen appliances are provided to prepare delicious meals. All daily cooking necessities such as sugar, oil, vinegar, spices are provided. 

Adjacent is the cozy living room with a wood stove.
Next to this is the bathroom with shower and toilet.

At the back of the house, accessible through the kitchen is the room with the old bread oven; Now the utility room with fridge /freezer and dryer. Behind the house is the laundry room with the washing machine. ( detergent )

Layout first floor
Here are the 3 bedrooms, a study/office and an extra toilet.
The master bedroom has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00, the beds can also be placed separately.
The study room with desk with good Wi-Fi is ideal for remote working. The master bedroom can be reached through this room.
The second bedroom with double bed 1.40 x 200 (baroque room), the third (grey room) with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 and a second toilet are also located on the upper floor. All beds are equipped with duvets.
Linen and 1 set of towels p.p. are included in the rental and the beds are made.   

Outside
Adjacent is a large barn with seating; Nice and dry and yet outside when it rains or as a cool place to sit in the summer.
The house has a low walled garden, it is located on the river (La Resaigne), with lawns and meadows all around. The house is detached on the outskirts of the village.

The living room and kitchen are heated with the wood stove. Two bedrooms of your choice can also be heated.
