The sports village of Méjannes Le Clap offers many opportunities for athletes such as walkers, cyclists, mountain bikers, amazons, ... Nearby there are opportunities for paragliding, rock climbing, etc. In July and August you can enjoy a public swimming pool. Come and enjoy along the banks of the Cèze!

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only communicates on the start date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
