Les Olivettes

This tastefully furnished villa called 'Les Olivettes' is situated on a south slope with a beautiful view over the beautiful valley of the Gard. The house is located in a rural area, directly on a nature reserve and olive groves and is fully equipped such as WiFi and a modern kitchen. The house can be comfortably occupied by six people, which can be expanded to a maximum of eight.

The house has French doors leading from the living room to the veranda which leads to the two sun terraces with the large (12m x 6m) swimming pool and spacious garden. The house, terraces and garden are slightly higher than the surroundings, so there is a lot of view and little insight. Around the house is a spacious garden with olive trees, oleanders and lavender. Behind the house there is space for parking cars on private property.

The house is maintained with care and is attractively and comfortably furnished. The living room (40m²) and the modern open kitchen (12m²) are on the ground floor and are equipped with all necessary equipment, such as WiFi and satellite television with Dutch channels. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms: a large double room with patio doors to the veranda and a room with bunk beds. The first floor is completed by a bathroom with double sinks, bath and walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine.

On the first floor there is a large bedroom (30m²) with private shower and toilet. This double bedroom has French doors to a spacious roof terrace from which you have a beautiful and distant view over the rural surroundings.

The house has an indoor studio (26m2), with separate entrance, on the veranda. The studio has a spacious bedroom for two people, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Les Olivettes is located in the hamlet of Foussargues, near the town of Uzès. This is a municipality in the department of Le Gard in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. You can get fresh bread and croissants from the bakery in Montaren-et-Saint-Mediers, a village five kilometers away. Just as far away you will also find the Intermarché, located on the road to Uzès. The cities of Avignons, Nîmes and Arles are all less than an hour's drive away. It is an hour's drive to the beach at Montpellier and an hour and a half to the coast at Marseille.
