Beautiful, cozy villa, just completely renovated house (spring 2022): has sleeping space for 10 people and is located on a private domaine, with lots of privacy. Located in Valbonne near Grasse, Nice, Cannes. Nice Airport at about 30 km. Villa with private pool located on domaine Val d' Azur with 3 tennis courts and a large communal pool. Our holiday home offers 4 bedrooms (with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms, all three with shower, washbasin and hanging toilet, large living room with wood stove and satellite and internet TV with all Dutch channels. Very good internet / WIFI (fiber optic). Completely new kitchen with two refrigerators, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave and oven. Also available washing machine and dryer (iron/ironing board). In addition, there is a spacious shed for storage, which contains: 2 racing bicycles, tennis rackets, 4 golf sets. Outdoor ping pong table, very spacious lounge set under pergola, large dining table for 10 people under pergola, 5 sunbeds by the pool. Jeux de boules court and large garden (1300 m2).

Just outside the domaine, within walking distance (10 min walk), you will find a large supermarket, bakery, hairdresser and pharmacy. Valbonne itself is about 5 km away and is a super cozy Provencal village with nice shops, many restaurants and cozy terraces. The square in Valbonne is also great fun for children (car-free). Every Friday there is a nice market in Valbonne.

There is a large kitchen diner with dining table for 10 people, two large sofas in front of the wood stove and separate TV corner with lounge sofa.

Covered terrace
Adjacent to the kitchen an outside terrace with a large dining table suitable for 10 people with beautiful views over the Georges du Loup, with enchanting sunsets.

Open kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 fridges with freezer, oven, microwave and induction hob.

There is a separate room with a dryer and washing machine

a large garden (1300 m2), large terrace, covered dining area for 10 people, comfortable lounge/seating area for 12 people and pergola, 5 sunbeds, Weber BBQ, ping-pong table, two umbrellas, swimming pool with outdoor shower, bowling alley and one parking space in the parking lot next to the house and several parking spaces at 100 meters walk from the house.
