Our detached luxury villa is located on the French Riviera coast

Location of our villa Alcyone:
The villa is located on the coast of Les Issambres next Sainte Maxime, opposite St Tropez. Sainte Maxime is one of the nicest places on the French Riviera. It has exceptionally high (300 per year!) Sunny days
and has a very favorable climate. Ste Maxime is known mainly to the fine sandy beaches (La Nartelle), cozy harbors and bustling boulevards. Because of its central location all famous places of the
French Riviera easily accessible. There are also vast and unspoiled nature for endless walks and many rivers for canoeing. In addition, there are around eight beautiful golf courses.
Our luxury Provencal villa called "Alcyone" was built in 1967 and located in a very quiet residential area, less than 2 km from the beach and the charming harbor of Les Issambres. From this port is a direct
boat connection to St. Tropez (12 minutes). The beach and marina are running at less than 1.2 km. Sainte Maxime is ca.1,9 km and the charming village of Les Issambres known antiques market
Thursday is 1.5 km away.
The sea is visible from the front of the house. The house is for a 3-year renovation
both interior and exterior venieuwd to the last stone, modernized and equipped with every luxury.
From the beautiful Mediterranean garden of over 1,000 m2 with four old palm trees (6 t / m 10 m
high), a pepper, olive, fig and plum tree has a panoramic view over the hills and a little sea view. The garden is equipped with an automatic sprinkling system.
The beautiful tiled and in the evening lighted and heated pool has sun all day and the large adjoining terrace offers its palm shade.
The garden has a bowling alley.
Both the living room and the kitchen have over 4 double doors a magnificent view of the pool and palm trees on the hills behind.
The villa has on all sides excellent light. Large windows or patio doors in all the rooms ensure this.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room with a central fireplace and a
wall that consists almost entirely of open doors and access to and views of the terrace offers with heated pool.
Besides the living room you will find the stylish, very large kitchen, which is completely in Provencal style
furnished. A large fireplace, ceramic hobs, marble countertop and traditional taps and of course all the necessary equipment make this beautiful kitchen complete. The kitchen is so large that the great
dining table for 8 (extendable to 12) people easily find a place.
And here again patio doors that provide access to the
beautiful outdoor kitchen and terrace with swimming pool. In the pantry is an extra fridge-freezer, washing machine, the dryer (condensation dryer), an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and an electric
pilferer. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and a guest bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with sink.
The upstairs has three bedrooms, two bathrooms both with each two sinks, a shower and toilet.
Spacious living room with beautiful central fireplace, 3 & 2 seater comfortable sofas, 2 comfortable arm chairs and an old piano incl. Big flat screen LCD TV with dual satellite dish (most Dutch channels, 300 world channels and many European radio stations), DVD and stereo system (radio, CD, cassette), cordless phones and wireless internet access. The house has a free Wi-Fi connection available.
Fully equipped, spacious kitchen + pantry Provence style decorated with fireplace, marble counter top, classic faucets and porcelain sink, microwave, electric / ceramic hob, double hood, grill / oven, dishwasher, large double fitted door American fridge several separate freezers and a 2nd double door koelkasmet with separate freezer (for beverages). The antique dining table (for 8personen, extendable to 12 people) and antique cupboard give the kitchen
a very warm feeling. In the pantry are the washing machine, dryer (condensation dryer), vacuum, dust buster, high chair and ironing board. Through the double doors on the large covered terrace with beautiful cement tiles, nice barbecue and Provencal dining table (8 people).
In addition to the covered terrace is the swimming pool with sun loungers.

The pool is the whole day in the sun and has an alarm system. Across the board there is a seating area in the shallow end. The soil is shallow.
