Beautiful, cozy, semi-detached holiday home on 2 floors/not wheelchair accessible for rent for 4 people in Sainte-Maxime. A unique place with beautiful views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with bath and sink. Toilet separate.

Downstairs:
Downstairs is the living room with kitchen, equipped with a fireplace. Following this there is a large living terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.

Other:
The house is equipped with a television with satellite dish for Dutch channels, air conditioning in the bedrooms and WiFi. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol, a barbecue (may not be used in the dry season) and an awning.

There is a playground for small children in the park in the domain. There is another restaurant near the pool where you can enjoy a delicious meal.

Down on the coast there is a private beach. Here you can use a parasol and 2 sun loungers from mid-June to September. There is also a restaurant here with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Saint-Tropez can be seen on the other side of the water.

Linen such as bed linen, towels, etc. are not provided, but it is possible to rent them.
