500 meters from the picturesque Saint Jeannet is our villa Lou Cigalou on 2500 m2 grounds with pool, spacious terraces, private garden. Sea with a panorama of Nice via Antibes to Cannes. Stroll to the village for baguette or a glass. In the garden begins the hike into the mountains.
By car 20 minutes to the beach of Gagnes sur Mer and Nice Airport. Vence is 10 min, and golf resorts 30 min.
Welcome to Lou Cigalou (provencal for La Cigale = cricket). Our villa is built against a hill and consists of an upper house and an apartment under the house (souterrain) with spaciouse terraces.
The Baou's (low mountains) which almost start in the back of our graden give shelter from winter winds from the Alps.
The upper house has a large enclosed patio of 70 m2. The terrace is partly covered, gives in summer shade. In winter drinking coffee and lunch and then at 4 o'clock at the fireplace for a cozy evening.
The living room has a loft with additional beds for children.
The apartment in the basement is complete with bedroom, sitting / dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The lounge has a sofa bed for extra sleeping space
The private pool is situated on a large terrace and can be used from late May until about mid October.

Living in the main house has a cozy sitting area with satellite TV channels for the Dutch and many foreigners. When the TV is a DVD player and a VHS' player. There are many DVDs and VHS cassettes. Two bookcases are filled with over Lower Lande and English books and comics for kids. The Hifi-player is good with classical and jazz CDs. On the desk you can work quietly. Above the living room is a loft with a queen bed and 1 double-folding.
Living in the apartment / basement also features book and all the useful features. The sofa bed provides an extra bed
Cosy bedroom, right on the spacious terrace with two 1-person beds, which can be pushed together or if you want to go with nightstand in between. The beds have duvets and bed linen available. Above the living room is a loft with a queen bed and 1 double-folding.
Above the lounge is a mezzanine, where a queen size bed and a foldaway bed. Of course supply bedding.
Bedroom in the apartment also has 2 single beds. In the apartment / basement has a double sofabed in the lounge

The kitchen is large (5 x 3.5 m), cozy and fully equipped to enjoy cooking. In the kitchen is a large 6-seater dining table and large fireplace. The kitchen has doors to the terrace.
The pool, with alarm, is located on a spacious terrace with sun beds. Beside the pool is a nice shower. From late May until October, the bath a good temperature. From the pool you have a beautiful view over the coast from Nice to Cannes.
