The house has two floors with the following format: entrance, toilet, bathroom with bath, shower and bidet, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven) with doors opening onto a large balcony , living room.

A few years ago we bought our house here. We knew the surroundings of Saint Aygulf. In particular, the location of the house appealed to us enormously. All amenities (beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cafes, banks, post office) are within walking distance of max. 5 min.
