Very luxurious recently renovated apartment, in a beautiful location in Carre dÓr, in the pedestrian zone, close to Nice Etoile, Jean Medecin and a short distance from Promenade de Anglais, the beach, the old town and many restaurants, cafes and shops.

The apartment combines original Nicoise features with modern amenities: High ceilings with original paintings, 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen, dining room and living room, 2 bathrooms, toilet, air conditioning in every room and sunny French balcony.
