It is in a small apartment located within walking distance from the sea, beach and shops. (100 to 150 meters). The supermarket for groceries is running 120 meters, in a flat area. The apartment is very quiet and is not in a continuous way. Les Issambres is a small luxury resort. There are nice restaurants and nice beaches. By boat, you are quickly in St. Maxime, Port Grimaud and St Tropez.

Golf course approximately 3.5 km from St Maxime Roquebrune sur Argens is 12 km away.
About 15 km after the village of Roquebrune there are opportunities for canoeing. Water sports, swimming and tennis.
Nice restaurants in the harbor. Towards St Maxime 300 meters nice seaside restaurant.
Monday 13.00 is Les Issabres market. Is very worthwhile to visit.

The covered terrace is accessed via sliding doors from the living room. This terrace of 18 M2 is part of the living room. it is also possible to the terrace to slluiten with sails (cloths which are electrically operated)

Goed begane grond appartement, met overdekt terras, en tuin. Heerlijk rustige omgeving, toch dicht bij het strand, winkels en restaurants.
Zeer schoon, goede bedden, voldoende handdoeken, goede keuken uitrusting.
Fijne badkamer en voor twee personen is dit appartement een heerlijke plek.
De slaapbank is geen echte zit plek, maar dat is ook het enige wat we op dit fijne appartement aan te merken hebben.
