La Fosse Bleue chambre Chevreuil

A few hours drive from the Netherlands and you are on holiday. Our chambres d'hôtes is located in the middle of a green landscape. Chevreuil is a spacious bright room on the 2nd floor with private bathroom, sitting area and WiFi. There is a double bed and two single beds.
In the sitting-dining room downstairs you can make your own coffee and tea or take a drink from the fridge. In addition to the long table for breakfast and dinner, there is also a sitting area for reading or enjoying a drink.
Enjoy on the terrace after a walk or warm up in winter by the wood stove.

Dogs are welcome.

From our house you can take wonderful walks with your dog. There is a fenced area for dogs on our property. Your dog can stay overnight in your room. Make sure your dog is vaccinated, dewormed and flea-free and can interact with other animals in a social way. Take his/her passport with you.
Due to the presence of rivers and dogs (also from other guests) children are welcome from 14 years old.

Enjoy our 4-course dinner A few times a week we provide a 4-course dinner. The evening before you can indicate whether you want to join the dinner the following evening. We use products from the vegetable garden or from local producers as much as possible. Do you prefer to eat vegetarian, Costs 4-course dinner € 27.50 pp

Our chambres d'hôtes is the last house in the hamlet of Librecy. The road in front of the house continues as a dirt track into fields and woods. This is also the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela.
Signy l'Abbaye is 2.5 km away, a somewhat larger village with many amenities. The French Ardennes are known for its beautiful nature, tranquility and clean air. From the house you can take long and short walks, maps are available. There are also beautiful hiking trails within 15 minutes by car. Many routes are varied with forests, farmlands and along farms. Several mountain bike trails have been set out. Historic cities such as Charleville-Mezieres, Sedan and Reims are definitely worth a visit. Plenty of options for a weekend or week stay.
