The cozy and spacious house is surrounded by forest and offers a large garden with lots of privacy. Perfect for friends or family outings. There are indoor and outdoor games for all ages and plenty to do.
The kitchen downstairs is fully equipped. Including an oven, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and even a fireplace. From the kitchen you look out onto the terrace and the heated swimming pool higher up. In the spacious living room you will find a nice corner sofa and smart TV. There is also a large teak dining table where you can dine with 12 people. The living room overlooks the front garden with a number of fruit trees and the jeu de boules court. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with new beds and en-suite bathrooms, overlooking the garden. The garden borders a main road, but is completely fenced. One of the rooms has a bath, the others have a shower.
The upper floor is also self-sufficient with two spacious bedrooms sharing a bathroom. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen here, including a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso, oven and a spacious living room. With dining table for 6 people. Both floors have plenty of games to keep everyone in your party entertained.
You can play darts and table tennis in the covered shed. Or, would you rather read a book in peace in the hammock between the tall trees in the large garden?
Both floors, garden and pool are exclusively for you - you do not have to share them with other guests. Our house can accommodate 10 people, but if you have bigger plans, don't worry - we provide 2 extra beds so that up to 12 guests can enjoy this beautiful paradise. The little ones are also taken care of, as 2 baby cots are also available.

Take a dip in our heated pool! A sun-heated outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off kids - they can splash around to their heart's content. While you look out over the garden from the elevated terrace. The pool has an automatic safety cover that meets European protection standards.
