They can romp around in the garden and the large swimming pool of 14 by 5 meters is located a few dozen meters from the house and is child-proof.
This swimming pool is shared with the tenants of a second gîte on this estate.
ATTENTION: The swimming pool is only available from the beginning of May to the end of September!
The house has an attractive living room with a fireplace, a well-restored kitchen with all amenities, two large bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious enclosed garden with a few nice shady areas.
From the house you can walk straight to the river, it is centrally located for all kinds of activities, shops and sights.
There are many well-marked hiking trails in the immediate area and you can also discover nature in the underlying forest with the avenue of centuries-old plane trees along the Isle river.
Bicycles are also available to tenants.
Restaurants can be found 2 km from the house, shops with groceries are within 2 km. The house is located on the border of the Périgord Vert and the Périgord Blanc in the southern French Dordogne.
For a day out, visit the surrounding towns of Excideuil (10 km), Tourtoirac (18 km) or Perigueux (23 km).
