The farm consists of 2 buildings: the main house and the former stables, separated by a (recently begrintte) binnenplaats.Het large grounds with ample parking, the beautifully landscaped pool with lavender beds and flowering shrubs offers you the ability to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the beautiful countryside of the Dordogne.
For 30 years this precious farm in our possession. Our sons have grown up with this also for their special place in the Dordogne.

In the main house with its beamed ceiling is the cozy living area, consisting of a kitchen area, large dining table with wicker chairs and a huge farmers fireplace with a sitting area. The tiled floor and the thick rough walls ensure coolness in summer
The cozy "master bedroom" has a beamed ceiling and tiled floor. The bedroom has a 2-pers. bed (box spring) with antique bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe and a sink. There is electrical heating.
The 2nd bedroom with beamed ceiling and tiled floor is only accessible from the courtyard. There is no connection to the master bedroom. This cozy room with 1 double beds (box spring) also has a spacious kleidngkast, sink and electric heating.
The "guest house" (the former stables) with its own terrace, located on the zwembad.Deze bedroom has a loft, reached by a narrow staircase, which is still 2 1-pers. beds are (80x190m). Ideal for a family with not too young kinderen.De shower / toilet room is accessible through a door.
Adjoining the master bedroom, also accessible from the courtyard the practical, tiled, simple but spacious shower room with toilet. The washer and dryer are also in this space
In the "guesthouse" is the 2nd shower room, adjacent to the sleeping area. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
The open, compact kitchen offers enough space for extensive cooking and keep in touch with the present company. All cookware is present. Only basic spices (salt, pepper etc.) and coffee bags are available
A lovely big pool, light salt by electrolysis (no chlorine) with a large sun terrace (120m2), built in 2003, surrounded by large lavender beds and flowering shrubs. The bath, according to French law, fully fenced, accessible through a lockable gate and an alarm. On the terrace there are 4 comfortable chairs, a teak dining table with 8 chairs and several umbrellas. There is outside lighting and an outdoor outlet for any maintenance. music

Sterk aan te raden : maximum aan privacy in zeer groene omgeving : voor wie echt tot rust wenst te komen en houdt van een oud huisje met voldoende accommodatie en fantastisch zwembad. Prachtige omgeving met veel mogelijkheden tot toeristische uitstapjes. Bovendien eerlijke eigenaars die service op prijs stellen. Eén van onze mooiste vakanties...
