This stone house is situated in the Perigord Noir in a quiet and relaxing environment. The house has a large garden where you can relax in the shadow and in the sun .... At a short distance you have a lot of tourist attraction, at 1 km there is the village Le Bugue! And what do you think about Rocque Cageac or Sarlat? You access the house by a small quiet road.
The house Cathy has a living room and an open kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary. The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The three bedrooms each have a double bed and one bedroom has also 2 single beds. The house is very comfortable and pleasant. From the house you have access to the large terrace.
The house has a large garden of 3000m2 with enough space for children to play! The garden is fully fenced, so no worries about your children (or your dog). In the garden there is a private pool of 8 x 4m. On the terrace there are garden furniture such as chairs, tables and sunbeds. There is also a new barbecue. Beside the house is a garage for two cars.
The village Le Bugue is located 1 km from Le Bugue where you can find small shops and restaurants and at 5 km you have the village Les-Eyzies-de-Tayac. The beautiful town of Sarlat-la-Caneda is about 30 km away, where every Saturday is a very nice market and there are also other attractions in the area.
We are Thijs and Lydia Mennes and have long in this beautiful region of the Lot / Dordogne lived. Because of the love for the region we have started with the rental. We rent this beautiful house (and others) are already several years and every year there is something new and interesting in! We regularly go back to this area to visit the houses. The houses are often wonderfully quiet and yet not too far from civilization and of course always with a fantastic private pool!

Leuk huis met een grote tuin en een zwembad. Perfect voor 6 personen maar ivm de 3 slaapkamers niet voor 8 of meer.
Algemeen heeft het huis (en zwembad) wel wat onderhoud nodig. Binnenshuis is alles aanwezig maar wel gedateerd.
Wel erg fijn is de vaatwas- en wasmachine. '
Helaas kan de totale schoonmaak beter, veel kalk in de douche, vette afzuigkap, erg vieze oven en erg vuile ramen deur van de keuken.
Maar in het algemeen een huis met veel ruimte, rust en alle voorzieningen aanwezig met een grote (afgesloten) tuin waar onze hond fijn heeft rond kunnen lopen.
