Mattissa is a beautiful holiday home (250 m2) with breathtaking views of a castle and the green hills of the Lot valley. The house amazes and fascinates at the same time, with its design of purity and simplicity, while the interior of Mattissa is rustic yet modern. This holiday home is exceptional because it has a serene atmosphere worthy of a “maison de charme”. The owner of this beautiful house wanted to make it as original as possible with an emphasis on luxury and coziness.

Interior
Large living room with huge fireplace and several large patio doors to the terrace. Open kitchen with cooking island. The house has 3 beautiful and large bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. Each bedroom (with double bed) has its own modern bathroom. Of course there is air conditioning throughout the building.

Outside
Below the terrace is the fenced swimming pool of 6x4 mtr. from where you also have the fantastic view. You can read your book here in peace, because the house is located in a super sunny location: no cars, no traffic, just peace and quiet that reigns in this little paradise with the most beautiful view of all our holiday homes ...

For your baguettes and croissants it is only 1 km to the bakery in Lacave and if you really want to eat out, the restaurant with a Michelin star is 200 m from your house ...! Enjoy your holiday together on your own private terrace or take a dip in your pool.
