Maison CouCou has its own fully fenced and heated swimming pool , open from the end of May to the end of September (depending on weather conditions), which is exclusively for and shared by our own guests. In general it is quiet because there are several swimming lakes with various activities in the very nearby area. In the general garden - which is enclosed with a high wooden fence - there are comfortable chairs for relaxing and various play equipment such as a large trampoline, swing and a ping-pong table.

Our central location makes us an ideal base for many excursions. Very nearby in Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche there are several nice restaurants, terraces, a pancake shop and even a McDonald's. Of course, you can also laze by our heated swimming pool, kick a ball with the kids or enjoy a good glass of wine on the terrace of your attractive holiday home.

Explanation of prices

Prices at Maison CouCou:
Different arrival and departure days in consultation!
Rental price includes: gas, water, electricity, internet, Netflix and use of our heated swimming pool.
Excluding: € 4 pppn for taxes and other costs (applies to adults from 18).
NB! A baby counts as a child with us , so you must enter this as such when making a request/reservation.

Cancellation policy Maison CouCou:
 Cancellation by the tenant for any reason must be communicated in writing.
In case of cancellation we charge the following percentages:
a) up to 10 weeks before stay, 50% of the total rental amount;
b) up to 6 weeks before stay, 80% of the total rental price;
c) within 6 weeks before stay, 100% of the total rental amount.
We can advise you to take out travel insurance with cancellation cover.

In case of later arrival and/or earlier departure than the agreed dates, we will not refund any money.

Cancellation and changes by the landlord due to unforeseen circumstances will be announced in advance. The landlord always reserves the right to offer a replaceable comparable accommodation, without any additional compensation/costs for the tenant.

If it is not possible to welcome you due to measures imposed by the French government, we offer the option to move the reservation to a later time or we offer the option of refunding the rental sum already paid.
