Magnolia 174 is an attractive, detached holiday home with free WIFI and a private parking space in front of the door.
Located on a quiet family park with all kinds of facilities such as a playground, tennis court, miniature golf, swimming pool, paddling pool, beach, large lake with fishing and a restaurant and bar with a sunny terrace. The holiday home is located right next to the golf course.
In the hall there are 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds (90x200) and a wardrobe. In the same hall is also the 1st bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. If you walk through you enter the sunny living room with patio doors to a wonderfully spacious private garden with various places to sit.
The master bedroom is adjacent to the living room, here are 2 wardrobes and a double bed (180x200) . There is also a TV in the bedroom with a DVD player and a chrome cast. The 2nd bathroom is attached to this bedroom with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.
Back to the living room here is a smart TV with a digital channel and where you can log in to, for example, Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime and so on. There is also a Wii with games and a surround set for good sound.
On cold days you can make good use of the fireplace, the wood is next to the house.
The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped including a combi oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (dolce gusto and filter), kettle, kitchen utensils (pans, cutlery, plates, cups, glass cooking utensils) and an extractor hood.
For the little ones there is a high chair and a camp bed with mattress. There is also a sleeping bag in the closet.
children's entertainment is not included in the rent.
