Biron Le Blanc, see our (*CONTENT HIDDEN*), is a former 19th century farmhouse which has been completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences.
The house is surrounded by a large garden and is at the front on the south. On the two sides of the house are terraces. There can be found. Sun all day, half sun or shade
The entrance of the house opens onto a spacious dining room, behind which is also a large kitchen. Next to the dining room is the living room with beautiful fireplace and sliding doors to the sun terrace on the south-west with great views over the rolling hills. Here it is sunbathe, drink and eat while enjoying the view and the soothing tranquility.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet, bath and separate shower. The house has central heating. In the boiler room (pantry) is a washing machine and a dryer. There is WIFI and telephone. There is also satellite TV (NL 1, 2 and 3 and BVN and lots of English / German channels).
The stairs to the first floor opens onto a large landing with separate second toilet. On this floor is a large master bedroom with loft. The room has its own sink. There are also on this floor are two bedrooms.
The bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
On the second floor there is a landing and a spacious bedroom. Total of 4 bedrooms. Also present in the house are a high chair and cot.
The house is not too big for two people, but also very suitable for 4, 6 to 7 people (maximum 6 adults). Pets and smoking are not allowed.
The garden is almost 5000 m2 and contains many fruit trees. To the garden meadows which are occasionally some Charolais cows graze.
There are sun loungers. Both terraces are garden tables and chairs. There are also six mountain bikes and in July and August there is a large pool of 5 m diameter and 1.20 m high. There's also a large trampoline in the garden.
