Or do you want to see something of the buildings that the Templar knights have left?
You do not have to go far. A 5 minutes walk and you are ín front of the thick walls of belonging to a former barracks of the Hospitallers. Would you like to see more, go to Peyrus le Roc half an hour's drive away and you will be amazed by the two towers that you see unexpectedly rise in a deep valley. You won't believe your eyes when you walk through the ruins lying here. Perhaps ancient artisans show you just that day, how they slate roofs, bake bread, plaster bake cakes and prepare the delicious beverage ratafia.
Visit a marché nocturne: you can buy your own dishes at little stalls and sit at large tables and toast with the local people.
