Holiday apartment is located in a small park largely Dutch (25 houses). The chalet is higher than the road, so there is lots of privacy!

Chalet is very well maintained and luxuriously furnished with double sliding doors, luxury kitchen (renovated in Feb 2013) and fireplace with unlimited wood stock (next electric heating). Satellite TV to present with most Dutch channels.

The apartment is suitable for 6 persons. There are 2 bedrooms each for 2 persons on the mezzanine to be separated are still two beds. In the house is also a cot and high chair available. Separate toilet and bathroom with Miele washing machine. Since August 2010, there is also a bathroom in the toilet.

The house has wireless internet.

Sandpit and play area for children on site.

And shed is a new gas grill which may also be used by the guests.

In the house you will find maps of the surrounding area and a little further info on walks nearby.
In addition there are 5 folders with tourist information.

Furthermore, there are also plenty of games for young and old!

Why France? We are in love: the terraces, the villages, the delicious food, the castles, weather and much more ..... We chose the Auvergne and we like it here just fine. We come here for 20 years. The house is now 21 years old. We walk, swim in the lake within walking distance, climb volcanoes, visit small markets and try out all the restaurants. We enjoy on our terrace and views are still trying to decorate our house (hobby of my husband!).

The chalet:

The detached house architect west facing in 1994 stands at more than 520 m2 of land on the outskirts of the villa neighborhood with a great view and the surroundings. The chalet is built on a hillside and accessible via a staircase or a rising path.

The house has an internal area of ??approximately 100m2 consisting of a spacious living room with open kitchen the size of a small 40 m2, a mid level floor with spacious bathroom (with sink, shower and washing machine), separate toilet and a master bedroom with double bed and private balcony facing south. Upstairs is a second spacious bedroom with a sink and a double bed (separate mattresses) with an adjoining spacious loft which is still two single beds (and a cot) are.

The property is luxurious and tastefully decorated. The living room has a sitting area with TV (with satallietontvangst including all Dutch channels), video and comprehensive hi-fi available. Furthermore, a spacious dining area. From the living room with a south facing patio door on the porch or by standing on the west side sliding door on the landscape for the living room (sunny) balcony terrace (3 to 6 meters). Incidentally, even around the house several options to search. Creating their own zit-/ligplek and / or shade Prima terrasmeubelair and umbrellas are provided. There is also a barbeque.
There is both the living room and upstairs there of massive parquet floors.

In the kitchen you will find a luxury fitted kitchen with large fridge and freezer, oven with grill, four electric hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, electric juicer, electric kettle, coffee maker and a bread maker that you can bake your own bread There is also talk of an extensive range of crockery, dishes, pans and glassware.
