The Cavern at Vallon Pont d'Arc, also known as the replica of the Chauvet cave contains beautiful rock paintings of inhabitants of 38,000 years ago.
The markets are also worth booking in spring and autumn, here is the Friday market in Barjac.
The gardens and the view from the Cavern is impressive.

Vooraanzicht van het huis - aan de zijkant parkeerplek voor 3 auto's. In september 2021 wordt het huis duurzaam - dan gaan de zonnepanelen op het dak en komt er electropaal. . Alle kamers hebben van die gezellige franse luikjes - die zorgen voor een heerlijk koel huis in de franse zomers,
Onze eigen Jeu des Boules baan. U ziet hier trouwens ook dat er een hek staat om de (hele) tuin. Heel fijn als u kinderen heeft (en/of huisdieren- deze laatste zijn op aanvraag).
De grote achtertuin van ons huis - we hebben een groot (1500 m2) grasveld met een groot terras met 10 ligbedden- in de schaduw en in de zon, u mag zelf kiezen! Het zwembad meet zo'n 10 meter bij 4 meter en heeft een diep en een ondiep gedeelte.
In het najaar 2021 zijn er zonnepanelen geplaatst. Door de vele zonuren is de villa volledig zelfvoorzienend in energie!
Voor het opladen van uw electrische auto is er een oplaadpunt onder de carport!
Zowel buiten alsook binnen staat een grote eettafel met voldoende stoelen. U kunt kiezen waar u gaat eten. De buitentafel staat onder het gezellige vergrote afdak, soms verplaatsen we de tafel wel eens naar het gazon als we lekker in de zon willen eten. Buiten hebben we ook een fijne BBQ staan.
De ruime gezellige zitkamer kan helemaal open door de schuifdeuren die op drie plaatsen in de pui zitten. U kunt heel gemakkelijk van buiten naar binnen en andersom.
De tv die in de woonkamer staat - heeft satelliet en ook zijn de nederlandse tv zenders hierop te zien. (Uitstekende) WIFI is in het hele huis en bij het zwembad aanwezig.
Moderne keuken met mooie inductiekookplaat, vaatwasser en combimagnetron. We hebben ook voldoende koelkastruimte. Ruim voldoende voor 10 personen.
De badkamer op de beneden verdieping: een bad waarin u ook kunt douchen, een toilettafel en een toilet. Daarnaast is er op deze verdieping ook nog een apart toilet.
De mooiste slaapkamer beneden: door de openslaande deuren kijkt u zo op het dorpje Sampzon en loopt u als u wilt direct naar het zwembad. Heerlijk!
Beneden zijn er twee slaapkamers - beide voor 2 personen. 1 met een 2 persoonsbed en 1 met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. De bedden zijn zomer 2021 helemaal vernieuwd! Deze bedden zijn allemaal 210m nu. (Stapelbedden 190cm). De kamer op de foto ligt aan de voorkant van het huis
De verdieping kent 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 met een stapelbed. Een nog een 'open' kamer die uitzicht op de tuin biedt en een super fijne plek om (overdekt) uw was te drogen.
Badkamer van de verdieping: een goede douche, toilet en wastafel.
De tweede slaapkamer van de verdieping. Ook de tweede slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een kamer met 2 aparte bedden.
De derde slaapkamer van de verdieping- een stapelbed met name geschikt voor kinderen (maar sterk genoeg voor volwassenen)

Ons overdekte terras is vergroot zodat u meer ruimte heeft om overdekt te zitten. De tafel van de foto is voor 6 personen - deze is makkelijk uitbreidbaar tot 10 personen.

Het terras loopt door van het zwembad tot en met de lounge set onder de pergola. U kunt altijd schaduw vinden ook op de soms hete zomerdagen.
Er is een tafeltennis aanwezig - als hij niet opgesteld staat vind u hem in de berging.
Hoe heerlijk is het om lekker te relaxen of juist een fsnatiek spelletje te pingpongen.
De heerlijke lounge set onder de pergola- kunt u lekker zitten met direct zicht op het zwembad.
U zult zien dat het fijn is dat u zelf kunt beslissen of u in de schaduw kunt zitten of juist niet. Het zwembad heeft een electrische bedienbare cover - zodat u 's avonds of als u kleine kinderen bij u heeft het zwembar kunt afsluiten.
We hebben totaal 10 zonnebedden - met een aantal parasols staan
Vanuit het moerbeiern terras (het bomen terras) is dit uw zicht op het huis maar ook naar de andere kant alleen maar groen met zicht op het dorpje Sampzon. Het huis ligt aan de rand van het park dus we hebben geen andere huizen waar u op uitkijkt.
De loungeset onder de moerbeien. In de warme zomerdagen uw koelste plek. Ook heerlijk in de avond!
Het vergrote terras direct aan het huis. Er staat nu een tafel met 6 stoelen- makkelijk uitbreidbaar tot een 10 persoons tafel. Heerlijke plek met lekkere stoelen.
De tuinverlichting is heel mooi in de avond. De zitjes, en een paar bomen worden allemaal aangelicht. Ook het zwembad is mooi verlicht.
