You can walk straight to the beautiful Ardêche river via the stairs in the villa park.

As the owner of this beautiful villa, we wish our guests a holiday where nothing is missing. For activities such as jeux de boules, tennis, table tennis, pool billiards, darts, badminton, etc., all equipment is available, including a sports net. BBQ available. In the garden there is a large canopy with pool table, table tennis and darts. French and Dutch TV channels are available, including ESPN sports channels. 2Gb internet connection over fiber optic.

Luxury villa, beautiful area near the pont d'Arc, on the river Ardèche, much to do in the area. Horse riding, canoeing, survivelen, 9 holes golf course 10 minutes in grosspierres, 18 holes golf course in Montélimar less than an hour away, llama farm, silkworm museum, still museum, lots of stalactite caves, mountain biking, and a lot of culture and ..... .. a nice climate.

and of course why Vallon Pont d'Arc has this name: the unique, carved by the river in centuries arch (Arc) where you can swim under or canoeing!

Atmospheric living room The living room is regularly refreshed, with new covers and cushions.
Latest news: The arbor in the back of the garden was replaced this year by a beautiful roof with lighting, all in the style of the house.
Kitchen with all appliances, including dishwasher, freezer, fridge, oven and microwave.
The villa is located between Ruoms and Vallon, in the small Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche close to the Ardeche River, opposite Mount Sampson.
Terrace was enlarged in 2015 by 21 m2, creating a beautiful space of 36 m2 to always be able to BBQ, have lunch and breakfast in the shade.
General swimming pool, accessible free of charge for guests of the villa, with 50 sunbeds, umbrellas and children's area
Lovely private backyard with extra covering of more than 5 meters X 4 meters, there are comfortable sunbeds (6) with a high entry and complete garden furniture with matching cushions.

The competition size jeu de boules track, built in our own garden, guarantees many hours of entertainment
2 tennis courts and a sports field have been laid out for guests on the domaine. During the season and also during the May holidays, everything is organized here by the managers. (on small scale)
The little ones have also been thought of and you can enjoy playing on the children's playground.
Our little guests have also been thought of in the villa and everything is included in the rental price, such as this high chair.
And for the little guests their own playground....
In the garden there is a beautiful bowling alley of competition dimensions that guarantees many hours of fun in your own garden....
Everything is also available for the little guests, also at the stairs both up and down stair gates have been placed that have been approved by the consumer association. The cot can be placed in any bedroom and is made up on arrival if desired. All this at no extra cost.
And a high chair so that slightly larger little ones can also sit comfortably.
There are 2 bathrooms in the villa, this one is upstairs with a beautiful spacious walk-in shower with glass wall. Downstairs the same bathroom, with bath with shower option.

The castle in Aubenas is worth a visit.

The Cavern at Vallon Pont d'Arc, also known as the replica of the Chauvet cave contains beautiful rock paintings of inhabitants of 38,000 years ago.
The markets are also worth booking in spring and autumn, here is the Friday market in Barjac.
The gardens and the view from the Cavern is impressive.
The beginning of summer on June 21 is celebrated in France and therefore also in Vallon Pont d'Arc with music on almost every street corner, this is the fete de la Musique.
