The house is fully furnished and has, in addition to a large covered outdoor terrace of over 30m2, an extra roof of 24m2, a heated swimming pool, a flat enclosed garden, a spacious living room with a complete open kitchen. Since 2023 there is also air conditioning in the living room.
The 4 bedrooms with AIRCO have good beds and there are 2 bathrooms. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen and internet (WIFI) in the villa are included in the price. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each floor, making it very suitable for family holidays. Upstairs, next to a master with a double bed, there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together, and downstairs a bedroom with a second master and a bedroom with a single bed of 90x200. The camp bed with a good mattress can be placed anywhere. On the first floor there is also a separate dressing room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
There is a satellite receiver with reception of more than 10 Dutch channels, the most important Belgian TV channels and French channels. There is also a Smart TV with a direct button for Netflix, via the chromecast you can stream and view your own data from your smartphone or tablet. The villa is equipped with internet with WIFI, so wireless internet throughout the villa and on the covered outdoor terrace.
High chair, toddler chair and camp bed with separate mattress are available in the villa at no extra cost
