This cozy and complete 8-person house has a large heated swimming pool (9x4 and sloping to 1.80 meters deep), free WiFi, its own jeu de boules court, its own charging station for electric cars since 2023, extensive comfortable furnishings, air conditioning. in all bedrooms and an attractive enclosed garden. The bedrooms have good beds and air conditioning. Bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen are included in the price, as are beds made upon arrival. There are 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor), 4 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds that can also be pushed together), a spacious kitchen, spacious living room and a lovely garden. A nice holiday home for just the family, but also for family holidays or holidays with friends.
Furthermore, the house has a comfortable seating area, large smart TV, spacious dining area and a cozy, open kitchen with complete equipment for delicious cooking. There is a washing machine, extra refrigerator, iron and ironing board, cot, high chair, etc. in the villa (everything is included in the price). Since 2023, there has been a charging station in the carport for those who come by electric car. Charging in France is very easy. Almost all pumping stations along the Route du Soleil have fast chargers.
The house has an extra large covered terrace (approximately 30 m2) with fantastic views of the mountains (truly a Beauregard). The garden is fenced, there is a large Weber BBQ, adjustable new, luxurious sunbeds (since 2024), two parasols, a lounge set, 2 Adirondeck chairs (Canadians) and there is an outdoor shower. In short, a lovely garden to enjoy the sun and/or shade!
The use of the air conditioning and heating of the swimming pool in the early and late season is included in the price. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

The French bakery is around the corner from the park, there are a number of large supermarkets nearby (including Vallon and Ruoms), of course various restaurants in the area, a delicious ice cream parlor on the road to Vallon and lively daily markets in the towns in the neighbourhood.
