With a unique view of the Ardeche river, you will truly be staying in one of the most beautiful villas in the Les Rives de l'Ardeche villa park.

The villa is secluded and has a large garden of over 1600 square meters with a heated private swimming pool. There is a trampoline in the garden and several sun terraces and shade areas have been created. From the 'Bamboo Hut' you can look straight into nature and have an unprecedented view. Our garden is equipped with irrigation, which may not be used in the summer months due to a shortage of drinking water in France. Our gardener mows the grass weekly in the early season and only if necessary in the summer because it grows less quickly due to the heat.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and 3 toilets. The living room offers a very spacious seating area with an attractive wood-burning stove. There is of course television, radio and internet with free WiFi. The large and luxurious kitchen is equipped with all appliances and a dining table for 12 people. Three large sliding doors give you access to the terrace with the outdoor table under the veranda and the garden with the heated swimming pool.

We have completely furnished our villa, the private swimming pool, the jeu de boules court and the garden to give you an unforgettable holiday. The villa is located on the edge of the cozy villa park 'Les Rives de l'Ardeche' and is 2 kilometers from the charming town of Vallon Pont d'Arc and has all the luxury and comfort that will make your stay a wonderful one.

The park has many facilities such as a central reception with a Dutch manager, a large communal swimming pool with a separate children's area, 2 tennis courts, a football field and various play equipment for the little ones. In the summer many activities are organized for young and old.

From the villa you have a unique view of the river, the old water mill, the waterfall and the old bridge to Sampzon. You can see this beautiful village from the garden and the villa is located on top of the slope on the other side of the Ardeche. During the day you can see the canoes passing by on the river and in the evening the old tower of Sampzon is beautifully illuminated and the lights of the old houses create a beautiful atmosphere on the slope.

There is much to see and experience in the area surrounding the villa. Cycling or walking through the beautiful nature. Canoeing on the Ardeche or discovering one of the many authentic villages in the area. In the slightly wider area you will find places such as Avignon, Ales, Nimes, Aubenas, Montelimar. Even a day at the seaside in the student city of Montpellier is possible. Wonderful to explore the area and the Mediterranean towns in the morning or to actively tour by bike and then enjoy the sun by your own swimming pool in the afternoon.
