hello, we are Ilse and Tom and have been living in the Ardèche for 20 years. we rent our former home to people who love the authentic atmosphere of a typical Ardèche farm. The house has been restored with love for old materials, but with all the comfort of a contemporary stay. It is super quiet and ideally situated for walking or cycling trips in this magnificent region. We have done everything we can to ensure that you have an ideal holiday.

'Le Noyer' has a large terraced garden (3600 m²) on different levels with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the village of Désaignes.

Covered veranda with mobile table (8 persons) and outdoor fireplace. A mobile barbecue is available. The three terraces are adjacent to the living room and kitchen.
From the garden there is a staircase to the brook and gives access to the private waterfall. This is a wonderful playground for children. The height of the water in the stream and the waterfall varies by season or rainfall.
In the spacious living room you experience the interplay of 'inside and outside' with light appropriate to the time of day.
The wood-burning stove keeps the entire house pleasantly warm in summer and winter.
Well-equipped modern open kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, refrigerator, five-burner stove and large oven. The kitchen is equipped with spices and oil.

You can use the park's 2 tennis courts free of charge, for which you will see some play equipment for the little ones. There is also a table tennis table, a pétanque court, basketball and football field, etc.

The Ardèche is not more than a few hundred meters walk from the house, lovely beaches and clean water, but you can also visit the beaches at the famous Pont d'arc.
