Batista

The Batista house is a well-maintained holiday home, in a quiet, rural location close to Montignac and the Lascaux caves. From the terrace and the living room you have a view of the valley
of the Vezère. The holiday home has a beautiful private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

Inside
The interior of Batiste is bright and modern with a comfortable living room and lots of light. The large sliding doors give access to the terrace where you can enjoy a delicious meal. There are three bedrooms (2 with a
double bed and one with 2 single beds), a nice bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning throughout the house (living room, kitchen, bedrooms).

Outside
Around the house is a large enclosed garden with a covered pergola at the front from which you have a beautiful view over the valley. The large private swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. has a shallow end which is useful for small children. There is ample parking for several cars.

Environment
Only a five-minute drive to the center of Montignac, where there are many good and cozy restaurants. You can of course also go fishing and canoeing on the Vézère river. Le Lardin is about 4
km away and here too there are some shops, cafes, restaurants and you can play tennis. A little further, at Fossemagne, there is a lake with a sandy beach and you can take golf lessons in Brive (26 km). Of course you can also enjoy a fascinating visit to the Prehistoric caves of Lascaux (near Montignac) and the atmospheric medieval city of Sarlat (20 km) with lively markets and fun summer festivals. Eyrignac, where you can find beautiful gardens, is 34 km away.
