The mobile home is ideal for 4 or 5 people and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. This lovely spot at camping Paradiso is beautifully situated in an ancient pine forest, not far from the city centre of Viareggio. Here you can enjoy real Italian ice cream under the summer sun, relax on the golden beaches or stroll endlessly through alleys and narrow streets. And after that? Relax with a cool drink on your covered porch.

Location:
Enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and pine forests, interspersed with rocks and dunes. During the day, drive to beautiful medieval towns such as La Spezia, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, and Florence. Discover the vast natural landscapes, rolling hills with only the occasional old farmhouse or villa, numerous vineyards, gnarled olive trees and cypresses. Taste the most delicious wines and Tuscan specialties such as tortello from the Mugello, truffles or ravioli with potato-cheese filling.
The campsite:
* Is open from April to the end of September
* Located within walking distance of the Mediterranean Sea and the beach
* Italian, Dutch, German and English are spoken at the reception
* Entertainment during the high season
* Swimming pool, toddler area, beach bar and sun loungers
* Free shuttle bus to and from the beach in high season
* Bicycle rental.
Every year, you will receive a contract from the campsite for the rental of a pitch (4815 euros this season for rental and 4620 for private use). Consumption costs for gas and electricity will be charged by the campsite. One-off fee for the transfer of the pitch (€2,500) to be paid to the campsite.
The mobile home is perfectly suitable for personal use or for rental, a combination is of course also possible. It is sold including inventory and garden furniture. Transfer takes place in consultation and the asking price is negotiable.
