In the village of Udsholt in beautiful NordSjælland, 1 km from Smidstrup Beach, is this 160 m² thatched farmhouse. Traditionally this was a farm, called "Gammel Boelsmosegaard". It is a large thatched farmhouse of four lengths and you will stay in 1 of the 4 lengths. It has the charm of an old farm, but everything was completely renovated in 2012, which gives it a special atmosphere. The period features, such as the wooden beams and the high ceilings, give a rustic feel.

This farm is multifunctional. You can stay here with the family and completely relax, or enjoy the peace and space with your partner or spend quality time with a cozy group of friends.
The house contains all modern necessities including 1 bathroom with toilet, guest toilet, a large country kitchen with dining area and 3 large bedrooms.
There is Philips TV with Ambilight, Chromecast and Netflix and 30 TV channels and there is super fast WiFi throughout the house.
Large enclosed private garden is at your disposal with lounge furniture, gas grill and screened patio. The entire garden is fenced, so that your dog can run free.

On the property there is 5,000 m² with fruit trees, a campfire area and a large lawn that can be used for example to play football.
There are good opportunities for walks along the north coast or walks in the forests in the area (National Park). In the area you can swim, paddle, surf, kayak, fish, cycle and mountain bike.
Travel time to Copenhagen/Airport is approximately one hour.

Good to know:
We do not accept partying young people and smoking is not allowed inside.
It is possible to use the washing machine and dryer. This laundry room is accessible through the kitchen (door with lock) and through the outside of the house. This laundry room is a communal area, ie the neighbor also washes once a week.

You are most welcome from 3:00 pm and at 10:00 am we will wave you goodbye and wish you a good return/onward journey.
