Villa Ocean Vista is a beautiful modern villa in the Sunset Heights district and because the villa is located on a higher part on the far north side of Curacao, it offers an amazing view over an unspoilt nature reserve and the sea!

From the terrace with your private swimming pool you can enjoy the rising sun, which will give you another day of sunshine. In short, a fantastic place to relax and fully enjoy your holiday.

This wonderfully cool, atmospheric villa consists of 2 large units that can accommodate a total of 12 guests. The Sunset Heights neighborhood is a gated community.

The main entrance is on the ground floor, where there is a kitchen and spacious indoor and outdoor living space. The TV room offers a smart TV with various streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Canal Digital. And music lovers will certainly appreciate the current (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Nest Hub Max. There are also 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on this floor, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 separate single beds.

The second unit on the first floor offers the same amenities; a kitchen that is fully equipped and luxurious combined with an open living room with sitting area. There are also 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on this floor, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 separate single beds.

Our guests have access to the entire villa and it is not shared with anyone else. The garden and pool are relatively private and only disturbed by scheduled pool cleaning. In case the villa is rented by 6 people or less, only the ground floor will be offered.

Please note: our rate includes water, gas and WIFI. Electricity is not included and costs € 0.50 per KwH. Our rule of thumb for electricity use is 15 KwH per room per night, provided the air conditioning is running at 25 degrees Celsius for 8 hours.

Explanation of prices

This villa has a basic rent of € 275.00 for the first 4 guests. Each additional guest pays a surcharge of € 35.00 pppn. This fee must be paid immediately when booking.

In case of a special price for a specific period, the surcharge for each additional guest always applies.

When booking we ask for a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% may be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

In the event of cancellation of the agreement, the tenant owes the following cancellation costs in addition to the reservation and administration costs due (€ 75.00):
A: In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the arrival date: the deposit is 50% of the agreed amount.
B. In case of cancellation from the 42nd day before arrival, the full agreed amount will be charged.
