Luxury home at Blije Rust 1-16 Casa Elly near Blue Bay
Casa Elly is located on the small luxurious and safe resort "Blije Rust I". The cottage is located near Blue Bay Beach and in a beautiful garden with 2 swimming pools. You can park your car in front of the bungalow. Casa Elly is a very suitable place for both adults and children.
Home
The living room has a sitting area and an open kitchen with dining area. TV including all Dutch channels and more than 10,000 channels and a fan in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a combi oven, gas stove, Senseo, kettle and fridge/freezer. The front bedroom has air conditioning and a king-size bed with closet space. The back bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioning and a spacious closet with mirror. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with shower, sink and washer-dryer combination. Bed linen and towels are provided. In the storage cupboard is a vacuum cleaner and ironing board. The patio doors give access to the terrace with seating and the exotic garden with communal swimming pool.
There are two spacious bedrooms with a double bed, both bedrooms have air conditioning. The bathroom is located between the bedrooms and is equipped with a shower, sink and a washer/dryer.
The whole house is equipped with 220V and wifi (free).
Garden
In the exotic landscaped garden you will find a lovely swimming pool, which you can use until about 9 pm.
Water and electricity
Water and electricity are expensive on the island. The stay is exclusive use of water and electricity. The average costs per week for water & electricity are approximately € 60.00. The consumption of 100 KW of electricity and 1.5 m3 of water is assumed. The actual consumption is calculated afterwards and deducted from the deposit.
Remark:
An air conditioner consumes about 6KW during a night from about 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. = rounded off € 3.00 per night.
