The apartment is new to the rental. It was renovated and prepared for rental in August 2019. We use an attractive price rate because we think it is important that we get a continuous occupation.

The Royal Park Resort is located in the middle of Curaçao. It is the best centrally located park without the odor nuisance from the oil refinery as sometimes elsewhere on the island.
Are you looking for a quiet park for your family ? The Royal Palm Resort is largely inhabited by permanent residents who live here, precisely because of the tranquility
Do you like visiting the beautiful beaches such as Cas Abou and Kokomo Beach ? It is only a short drive from Royal Park. If you want to go to the busier tourist beaches such as Mambo Beach then you are there within 20 minutes
The security of the park is among the best on the island , the park is guarded 24/7
It is a chic park with beautiful landscaped gardens, spacious in design and atmospheric lighting in the evening
Do you not want to go out for a day? Then you can spend the whole day at the swimming pool with a view of the Caribbean Sea

The large shopping center “Sambil” with countless shops and a large new Carrefour supermarket is 5 minutes by car. The other supermarket "Center" is also 5 minutes by car

The apartment is very spacious (210 m2 ) , with 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms (all including their own toilet and shower)

The apartment is fully furnished from iron and washing machine to beach towels, hair dryers and children's beach toys

The apartment has two large terraces of 30 m2 each , 1 covered terrace with ceiling fan and 1 sun terrace. The terrace can be reached through several doors .
On the covered terrace there is a robust large dining table and a (gas) BBQ , so you can have a nice dinner in the evenings
Although it is on the first floor, you can still walk back to the gallery on the ground floor. So you don't have to walk stairs, unlike other apartments in the park
You can also enter through the large indoor garage with electrically operated garage door . By putting your car in the garage you get into a nice cool car when you go out
The swimming pool is less than a minute walk away. So you are there quickly but you are not bothered by the swimming sounds
Despite the security at the park, the apartment itself is also well protected
There is sea view from the apartment in 3 places
Camping bed and high chair available
The apartment is tastefully decorated with the guest experience central, so you will not end up in 'other people's' private holiday homes

We are Ruben and Susan and live in the Netherlands with our two children. In 2019 we bought this beautiful apartment to rent it as a holiday home. At the first foot across the threshold we felt "this is it", the space, the connection to the outside and the location is perfect for us. We were also looking for a safe and beautifully maintained park with swimming pool, close to the beach and centrally located. And all wishes came true! We wish our guests a great holiday in Curacao Beach Residence.
