- The Royal Park Resort is located in the middle of Curaçao. It is the best centrally located park without the odor nuisance from the oil refinery that is sometimes found elsewhere on the island.
- Are you looking for a quiet park for your family ? The Royal Palm Resort is largely inhabited by permanent residents who live here, precisely because of the peace and quiet
- Do you like visiting the beautiful beaches such as Cas Abou and Kokomo Beach ? From Royal Park it is only a short distance by car. If you want to go to the busier tourist beaches such as Mambo Beach, you can get there within 20 minutes
- The security of the park is among the best on the island , the park is monitored 24/7

- Even though it is on the first floor, you can still enter the gallery at the back on the ground floor. So you don't have to climb stairs, unlike other apartments in the park
- You can also enter via the large indoor garage with electrically operated garage door . By putting your car in the garage, you get into a nice, cool car when you go out
- The swimming pool is less than a minute's walk away. So you get there quickly but you are not bothered by the swimming noises
- Despite the security at the park, the apartment itself is also well secured
