The space:
Our spacious villa offers a large living room with a luxurious open kitchen and cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, American fridge freezer and ice maker, combination microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine.
From the living room you are able to fully open the six meter doors and give direct access to the veranda and the swimming pool.
We have designed the villa so that whether you are cooking in the kitchen or having a long evening dinner, you will always enjoy the breathtaking views that the villa offers.
The villa has 4 cozy and stylishly decorated bedrooms, all of which are equipped with air conditioning, blackout curtains and ample closet space, making you feel at home and offering you a good night's sleep.
The vila has 3 bathrooms, all of which have a rain shower, toilet and sink. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests for the perfect holiday.
Bed linen & towels:
We want to ensure that your stay in our villa is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. That is why we provide all our guests with bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen.
For those who want some extra entertainment. From the beginning of April 2023 we will also be able to offer you the cinema room. Relax in one of our two cinema lounge sofas with cooling and relaxing function while you can stream your own content on the 65-inch TV. Or enjoy a film, series, documentary or live sporting event. We can offer you a lot of content with more than 10,000 channels and 100,000 films and series.

The garden of the villa:
The oudoor area covers a huge 1000m² and features a private swimming pool, a spacious veranda with a lounge set and seating areas and a ceramic barbecue.
The villa is completely enclosed by a solid wall and gate, ensuring complete seclusion and peace of mind during your stay. You can park your car safely in the gated property.

Other things to pay attention to:
Electricity and water:
we offer free electricity consumption of 30 kWh per night. This should be more than enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We would like to ask you to use water and electricity economically and not to run the air conditioners all day long. Especially when the rooms are not in use. Additional consumption will be charged USD 0.50/kWh (subject to change based on electricity rates).
We check the meter reading at check-in and check-out to calculate any additional costs.
Guarantee:
Please note that a damage deposit of 500 euros is required before arrival. We will refund your deposit within 48 hours of check-out, provided the villa is left in the same condition as upon arrival.
Additional cleaning:
we can arrange additional cleaning during your stay for an additional fee of $100. This would be mandatory for stays longer than 14 days.
