Bon Bini (welcome) to apartment "Kas di BaMi". The apartment is located on the closed and secured Seru Coral resort. The small-scale resort is known for its beautiful tropical garden and the largest swimming pool in Curacao.
The resort has a very convenient location. A 10-minute drive takes you to the heart of Willemstad, or to the famous Jan Thiel Beach with its beautiful beach, tasty restaurants and trendy beach clubs. The Ostrich Farm, Aloe Vera Farm, Serena's Art Factory and the Sint Joris bay, which is known for its kite surfers, are also a stone's throw away.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is close to the parking lot. From the back door you can walk straight into the beautifully landscaped garden where the tropical birds will greet you. The communal swimming pool is a 2-minute walk away and has more than enough sunbeds, seats and umbrellas for you to use.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a spacious double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is well maintained and fully equipped, has a good WIFI connection and has both 110 volt and 220 volt sockets.
You enter the hall through the front door. The laundry room with washing machine / ironing board / iron / drying rack is adjacent to the hall.
The kitchen is also adjacent to the hall. This is richly equipped with, among other things, a stove with oven / microwave / fridge freezer / extensive cooking utensils / crockery / glassware. There is also a cool box in the kitchen to take to one of the beautiful beaches of Curaçao. The kitchen is connected to the living room through a bar.
In the living room you will find the sitting area. Here is a coffee table with sofa, chair and a 2-person sofa. You can relax and watch the smart TV from the couch.
The covered balcony is closed by means of shutters which can be opened so that a wonderful fresh breeze blows through the apartment. By opening the large patio doors you have contact with the beautiful garden from the inside.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed from where you can watch TV in a lazy way. To store your clothes there is a large built-in wardrobe with hanging and shelving area which is closed by large mirrored doors. The room can be cooled by means of a silent air conditioner. Optionally we can prepare a cot for you.
The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Other things to watch out for:
We ourselves live in the Netherlands. You will be received by our manager. He will hand you the keys and remote control for the entrance gate and show you the apartment. The manager is available for questions. Of course you can also send us a message for general information, tips and tricks.
We ask for a deposit of € 100.00 per week, which you must transfer to our bank account before arrival. Water and electricity costs are not included. Upon arrival and departure, the meter readings will be taken by the manager together with you. We will transfer the remainder to your bank account immediately at the end of your stay.
With normal use of the air conditioning, you must take into account an amount of € 5.00 per day for water and electricity.
You will receive the apartment clean. You must maintain the apartment yourself in the meantime. Linen is available in sufficient quantities.
