Centrally located between Mambo Beach and Pietermaai District is this comfortable holiday home. Marie Pampun Beach, some small local bars, the supermarket and bus stop are literally next door (walking distance).

The house is fully equipped with a private pool, modern kitchen, TV, 3 large box spring beds, hot water and much more. On the spacious veranda you will find a large family dining table and comfortable hammocks to relax and enjoy a drink or tasty BBQ, after a day at the beach.

The owners have tried to make Indigo House as pleasant as possible, with all the practical conveniences that entails. There is a small Weber barbecue, a cool box, ironing board and iron and two small folding chairs for the beach. The house also has its own washing machine and clotheslines.

Parking is available on the private driveway on site, an advantage with many car rental companies.

My wife and I have both been living in Curaçao for about 20 years now. After visiting several Micazu accommodations in South America, Miami, the Caribbean and Europe, a long-cherished dream came true at the end of 2021 when we transformed a nice house into a holiday home. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wants to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only informs the landlord on the start date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
