Luxury Villa Flamboyan 8

The Villa can be rented for holiday accommodation (not for parties, gatherings of large groups). The rental price includes use of bed and bath linen. The bed linen is changed weekly.
The villa is a non-smoking villa!!!!!
There is free fast WiFi available (200 MB)
There is a safe in the villa so that you can safely store your valuables. You set the code for the safe yourself.
The villa is equipped with every comfort and a lovely swimming pool of 9m by 4m for private use.
The use of gas is also not charged.

The use of electricity and water is not included in the rental price. We will take the meter reading with you and deduct the consumption from the deposit. To avoid high costs, we charge a deposit of 500 euros for rentals of up to 4 people, for more than 4 people the deposit is 650 euros. Unbeknownst to the landlord, if you receive additional guests at the villa for an overnight stay, you will be charged the full price per night. This will also be deducted from the deposit.
For stays of more than 7 nights, we will charge you for an intermediate cleaning. A mandatory final cleaning fee will be charged after your stay in the villa. These costs must be paid when booking. This also applies to the tourist tax of 7% so that we can pay it to the recipient of the island.

In consultation, we can provide a shopping package for the first day upon arrival.
It is also possible to rent a car through us. Discounts sometimes available through mediation (depending on rental period). If desired, the car can be delivered to Hato or to the villa.
We can also offer you a transfer for a fee, upon arrival we will pick you up and upon departure we will take you to Hato.
