Explanation of prices

If for any reason the renter can or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, they must inform the host immediately. A notification of this via telephone should always be followed up with a written confirmation (via email) to the host.If the renter cancels the agreement in the period up to 2 weeks before the start date of the rental period, they shall owe 20% of the rental price; if cancelled up to 1 week, 40% and from 2 days up to the start date of the rental period, 50%.If the renter only informs the host on the starting date or during the rental period that they will no longer make use of the rented object, the full rental price is due.
