Our spacious tropical villa is located within walking distance of Jan Thiel beach in the popular Vista Royal district.
Villa Martini is suitable for groups of 1 to 10 people and offers you all the comfort and privacy imaginable.

The sleek contours of this modern tropical villa are perfectly balanced and the tasteful interior ensures that this villa immediately embraces you with a lot of atmosphere.

To optimally enjoy the climate, the windows throughout the house are equipped with slats that let in the pleasant trade wind for cooling. Outdoors, a palapa that is so characteristic of the Caribbean has been built, indispensable for creating a shady terrace. Of course there is also a swimming pool. In this case a luxurious magnesium/salt water bath, the water of which is wonderfully soft and kind to your skin.

The main house with the fantastic view is on the first floor. An independent studio and a complete apartment have been realized on the ground floor. In short, a wonderful spacious villa to enjoy your well-deserved holiday with a large family. Partly because all desirable facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity, Jan Thiel Beach, popular beach clubs, restaurants, bars, shops, a spa, a modern fitness center and a beautiful nature reserve where hikers and mountain bikers can indulge themselves.

Layout
Central to the spacious upstairs apartment is a well-equipped kitchen with a spacious cooking island with dining area. Adjacent is a cozy TV / lounge area.
Wide patio doors provide a seamless connection with the porch and from the kitchen offer a view of the swimming pool, the palapa, and beyond that the neighborhood and of course the sea. On the porch is a dining table with space for 8 people and a large lounge area. Between the porch and the palapa is the luxurious saltwater / magnesium swimming pool. Under the palapa is a lounge corner where you can enjoy the wind.

The central kitchen is connected indoors to the hall that provides access to 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom and toilet, and a master bedroom with separate bathroom, toilet and walk-in closet. There is also a separate guest toilet. All this is on the ^1st floor, hence the beautiful view. In the hall there is also access to the stairwell through which you reach the ground floor indoors. A spacious apartment has been realized at the front, with a large kitchen/sitting room, and private bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and storage cupboards. There is also a room with storage cupboards and a washing machine room. At the rear is a spacious studio with kitchen and a sitting/bedroom with its own toilet and shower.

The villa has 5 spacious double bedrooms in total, 1 of which belongs to the indoor apartment and 1 is part of the studio. All bedrooms are also equipped with inverter air conditioners and ceiling fans and there are comfortable box-spring beds everywhere.

Palapa
In the attractive palapa there is a cozy large lounge sofa to relax. The view is on the one hand on the sea and on the other hand on the swimming pool and the porch. Adjacent is a sundeck with an outdoor shower.

Garden
Both at the front and at the back of the villa is a beautiful tropical garden, tastefully landscaped with palm trees, plants and planters. There is also parking space for several cars at the front. The back is ideal for seating and handy for drying laundry, for example. There is plenty of space. There is an electric slider gate in the half-height wall on the street side.

Location
The luxurious Vista Royal district is located in the southeast of Jan Thiel, between the sea and the Spanish Water. The beautiful natural environment with a sloping character is very attractive to hikers and mountain bikers who enjoy a view of the salt pans of Jan Thiel and the open sea while exercising.
Within walking distance is the popular Papagayo Beach and Zanzibar, a gym, a wellness center, a casino, a diving school and so on. Groceries can be done on foot at a supermarket with a Dutch-oriented range. There are also shops and various restaurants and bars. Vista Royal is only 10 minutes by car from Mambo Beach Boulevard and 15 to 20 minutes from the historic center of Willemstad. The airport can be reached in about 40 minutes.
