Unique cottage for peace in nature!

Welcome to our unique 6-person holiday home where you can enjoy ultimate peace, nature and relaxation. Our house is really fully equipped. A characteristic element is the striking authentic architectural style of the house. The photos give a good idea of the attractive interior and cosiness that the house radiates.

Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms with a quiet, economical air conditioning. In the "master bedroom" there is a large wardrobe to store your clothes in an orderly way but also an extremely comfortable armchair. There is also a separate fan in the other two bedrooms. In addition, the walls of this authentic house are quite thick so it never gets hot in the bedrooms. The box-spring beds in all bedrooms have a high-quality orthopedic mattress for a good night's sleep. 

Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, toilet and separate sinks. One of the bathrooms is directly connected to the corresponding bedroom. This bedroom of course offers the ultimate privacy.

Outdoor shower
There is an outdoor shower where our guests can rinse off after a day at the beach. Right next to the outdoor shower there is also a drying rack under the covered for wet swimwear.

Two verandas
On the large covered veranda you can dine at the 8-seater table overlooking the beautiful garden. On the large veranda is a Weber gas barbecue and in the garden there is also a coal barbecue.

At the back of the house there is another porch which is beautifully built on the wind. Here you can relax on a sun lounger, while the wind has free play continuously. The fine breeze under this covered also makes it an ideal place to spend the day in the evening. The party lighting makes it extra cozy.

Car rental and parking
Renting a car is recommended on Curaçao. We do not rent cars ourselves, but we mediate or refer our guests to a reliable car rental company with reasonable prices and excellent service. All rental cars can be parked on site. The private property is fully fenced and can be locked.

Would you like to be picked up or brought to and from the airport? Please let us know, we can take care of this for a fee. This also applies to a shopping package, nature walks or a boat trip to Klein Curaçao. We are happy to arrange it!

Location and proximity:
Our holiday home is ideally located just a few minutes drive from the breathtaking beaches such as Grote Knip, Kleine Knip, Jeremi, Lagún and Santa Cruz. A few extra minutes drive and then you are at Westpuntbaai, Playa Kalki or Playa Piskadó. These paradisiacal beaches offer the perfect opportunity to swim, snorkel, and enjoy the spectacular views.

For your small groceries, the first minimarket is less than a 5-minute drive away. If you want to experience the lively city atmosphere, Willemstad is about a 30-minute drive away. Here you can enjoy the colorful architecture, boutique shops and delicious restaurants.

Electricity consumption
All amenities are included in the price. Only the electricity consumption is calculated afterwards. Electricity consumption is determined by the difference between the start and end reading of the meter. After your stay, the costs will be deducted from the deposit. The price per kWh is about € 0.40.

Security
We ask for a deposit of € 250. This will be used to settle your electricity consumption. For stays longer than 14 days, the deposit is € 400 and includes an interim cleaning, change of bed, bath and kitchen linen. If damage has been caused by your actions, this will also be deducted from the deposit. The remaining amount will of course be refunded to you after your stay. 

Other information
Parties and events are not allowed to avoid nuisance to the neighbors. Pets are also not allowed and the house is non-smoking. The house is equipped with some European sockets with 220V. In the laundry room, in addition to a washing machine and various cleaning supplies, you will also find a cool box to take to the beach.

Stay longer than two weeks
Only for stays longer than 2 weeks will the water consumption also be charged.
The water consumption is also calculated on the basis of the meter readings. The price per cubic meter of water is approximately € 7.00 per cubic meter = 1000 liters. The amount to be paid will be deducted from the deposit already paid after your stay.
