The Ford Explorer (7 seater) is only rented together with the house for €55 per day with a €350 deposit. This includes: transfers to and from Hato, insurance, tax, unlimited km, 2nd driver, 24/7 roadside assistance and a late check-out. After booking, both confirmations will be sent by email with all information and conditions.

Final cleaning is mandatory on departure. If you want an interim cleaning and bed linen and towel change, you can indicate this before arrival. The costs for this are calculated per hour and the laundry is calculated per kilo.

7% tourist tax will be charged, this will be levied on the basic overnight rate, excl. cleaning and ancillary costs.

The rental price does not include the consumption of water and electricity. Being economical with energy and water is very important to us. That is why we have chosen to charge for energy and water separately.

The price of water and electricity is very high on Curacao. The final cost depends a lot on your usage, especially the air conditioners use a lot of energy, so use them wisely. Based on meter readings that we take on arrival and departure, we will settle or settle the amount after departure. Usually this is around 20 euros per day with an occupancy of 4 people.

Of course, we do not charge the costs for the drip installation, refilling the pool and consumption of the pool pump!

Consumption is charged at the rate of € 9 per m3 for water and € 0.50 per kWh for electricity. All guests pay a deposit and when the house is delivered neatly, the consumption of water and electricity can be deducted from the deposit. If there is damage to the home or equipment, the consumption costs will be charged separately.

You must take out cancellation and/or travel insurance yourself.

Within 4 weeks (30 days) before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount.

Within 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.
