The swimming pool is (contrary to what the photos show) completely fenced with a new fence!

*A new and complete fence has recently been installed around the swimming pool**

**Apartment can only be used when booking for 5 people or more. There is the 3rd bedroom plus bathroom**

* Construction activities take place at times in the park and in the vicinity of the newly developed section and the holiday home (which cannot be estimated exactly in advance).

*Due to construction work at the holiday park, we offer a temporary discount of 20% on the nightly price** Discounted in price!
** Discounted price / valid until December 31, 2023

*Free cancellation is only valid when Curacao is completely locked and/or in complete lockdown and it is therefore no longer possible to travel**.
In this case, an alternative travel date will always be considered first!

**The general terms and conditions of BBCRM in Curacao, namely the renting party, apply to all reservations / bookings.

**We advise you to take out cancellation insurance before traveling to Curacao**

**The deposit is always refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damage**

Check-out: before 11:00 am (In consultation with the manager, a late check-out can be discussed in some cases, provided that no new bookings are planned for the next day)!

Bon dia, We are Joost & Marloes. We have been coming to this fantastic island since 2015. After spending more than 10 times here on holiday, we finally lost our heart to Bandabou, a region on the west side of the island. From 2021 we will live and work here with our family. In addition to our own house, we also rent out several houses from private owners at Villapark Fontein and the beautiful surrounding Bandabou.

Explanation of prices

- The basic price is per night based on 2 persons.
- *25% construction discount *see advertisement for more information* (discounted in price)!
- From the 3rd person onwards a surcharge of €15.00 per person per night applies.
- We charge a deposit of €500.00. This will include the water and electricity consumption.
- The cost of the mandatory final cleaning is €100.00 for the villa.
- Final cleaning of the apartment is €65.00

The rate for water consumption is €10.00 per m3
The rate for electricity is: €0.65 per kW/h
