What a fantastic house this is! Enjoy the view from the hill of the beautiful Villapark Fontein. In the middle of the nature of Bandabou Curacao.

Kas Berdé is just a 15-minute drive from Curacao's Hato Airport. Kas Berdé is a super modern holiday home of 160m2 with an open kitchen that flows into the porch where you can sit and dine.
Because the house is built perfectly on the wind, it is really wonderful to stay in this recently completed (01-03-2022) green pearl on Fontein.

The house has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suitable for 4 people. The house is less suitable for children, partly due to its height and an internal staircase. Please take this into account.

The house is equipped with European (220V) sockets and WiFi.
Both bedrooms have a new and perfectly working air conditioning.
The living room has a TV that you can stream to with your own device. Kas Berdé has shutters that, when open, provide a cooling breeze in the house. These shutters can of course also be closed, creating a blackout effect...
Hot water is generated by a solar boiler with a spacious reservoir, so there is always sufficient hot water available.

The porch has 2 sunbeds, 2 beach chairs and a dining area with 6 chairs. In addition, the 2.20 meter(!) fan provides the necessary cooling on (rare) windless days. a lovely swimming pool has been created as an extension of the porch with an amazing view!

The open kitchen has 2 bar stools and an American refrigerator. There is also a combination microwave, a Senseo machine, an electric kettle and a dishwasher!

Kitchen linen, towels and bed linen are provided. Beach towels on request from the manager.

Villa Park Fontein is located near the most beautiful beaches of Curacao. In the vicinity of the park you will also find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Cora there are several supermarkets, a gas station, an ATM and a bakery. The villa park is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve where various walking routes are indicated. The park is secured by a barrier and there is 24/7 security.

* Construction activities take place at times in the park and in the vicinity of the newly developed section and the holiday home (which cannot be estimated exactly in advance).

*Free cancellation is only valid when Curacao is completely locked and/or in complete lockdown and it is therefore no longer possible to travel**.

**The deposit is always refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damage**
