The brand new villa loft apartments 'Kaap Sint Marie' are one of the most relaxed holiday accommodations at the most prestigious resort on Curaçao: Coral Estate. A 2½ kilometer elongated villa park located directly on the sea, with approximately 300 villas, very spaciously laid out on a 350 hectare site with many natural strips between the plots. In addition to the owner's part, the accommodation has two holiday apartments on a spacious plot surrounded by large natural green areas and is located on the most exclusive part of Coral Estate, on the second line on a cliff 25 meters above sea level. From each villaloft apartment you have a phenomenal 180° view of the azure Caribbean Sea and you are treated daily to incredibly colorful sunsets. In short, a unique oasis with plenty of privacy with a positive vibe where you immediately feel at home and where you can relax. Where you have all the time to enjoy the sun. A loft is one open space with different living functions. Characteristic of a loft is the high ceiling that creates a pleasant feeling. The design of the accommodations is in harmony with people, environment and material. Inside and outside merge seamlessly. On Curaçao you live outside, which is why each holiday apartment has a spacious private living porch, which flows organically through a wide 3-part folding door to the interior spaces (sleeping, kitchen, bathroom).
On the porch you will find a sitting area with two premium armchairs and a spacious, robust dining table with comfortable chairs.
The villa lofts have a fully-fledged luxury kitchen with a 4-burner hob, combi microwave oven with grill function, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender and American fridge/freezer with ice maker. Also an extensive premium 4-piece crockery, cutlery, crystal glasses and all kitchen accessories including pan set.
An extra long (210cm) King size bed with hotel quality mattress and bedding.
The bathroom consists of an indoor area with luxurious double sinks and taps, with all facilities such as towels, soap dispensers, hair dryer, etc., and a truly UNIQUE outdoor area with wall-hung toilet and double rain showers, with hot/cold water. Wonderfully refreshing shower in the open air!
The entire interior of the apartment has air conditioning.

As a guest you can use the large communal swimming pool with large seating area, as well as the pool deck with the fantastic round lounge bed or separate sun beds.

From 2008 during holidays enjoyed this magnificent resort on the equally paradise island of Curacao. Now I can realize my dream with the new villa 'Kaap Sint Marie'.

Explanation of prices

Now temporarily special introductory price of EUR 109 per night excluding city tax, instead of the regular price from December 1, 2023 of EUR 139 per night.

Minimum rental period is 7 nights.

Adults only > 23 years.

The booking is only final upon payment of 50% of the total rent plus 7% tourist tax to be paid within 7 days after booking.

At least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the remaining 50% of the total rent plus 7% tourist tax must be paid, including the deposit of EUR 500.

Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total rent plus 7% tourist tax is due (being the 50% deposit when booking).

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rent plus 7% tourist tax is due. The deposit paid will be fully refunded.
